  • What is included in a bounce house or waterslide rental?

    Every rental includes the bounce house or waterslide, a blower, sandbags, yard stakes, and a tarp for secure setup. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup within our 20-mile service area at no extra cost (additional fees may apply beyond 20 miles).

  • How long is the rental period?

    Our standard rental is 4 hours. Additional hours can be added for $50/hour, subject to availability. Contact us for full-day or multi-day rental options.

  • What is the cost of renting a cotton candy machine?

    The cotton candy machine costs $65 for 4 hours, including supplies for 50 servings (floss sugar and cones). Get it for just $50 when bundled with a bounce house or waterslide rental!

  • What are your safety requirements for using the bounce house or waterslide?

    An adult must supervise at all times. No shoes, sharp objects, or food/drinks are allowed. Waterslides require a nearby water source and hose. We provide safety instructions at setup.

  • Do you clean and sanitize the bounce houses?

    Yes, all bounce houses and waterslides are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental to ensure a safe, hygienic experience.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Contact us for details.

  • Do you require a deposit to book?

    Yes, a 50% deposit is required at booking through our Squarespace website. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We offer free delivery within a 20-mile radius of Dallas, Georgia. Beyond that, a delivery fee of $1 per mile applies. Enter your address during booking to confirm availability.

  • Can the bounce house or waterslide be set up on any surface?

    We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt, provided the area is flat and free of debris. Sandbags are used for hard surfaces, and stakes for grass. A tarp is included for added protection.

  • What happens if it rains on the day of my rental?

    If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., heavy rain or high winds), we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
